During training
Introduction week: in the first few weeks of your training, you have the opportunity to get to know all of the other new apprentices and instructors better.
Orientation day: all technical commercial trainees of a third apprenticeship year in Wirtgen Group meet at one of the five company locations to work together on an interdisciplinary project. This allows you to meet the trainees from the other product brands.
The JAV (youth trainee representative) is your mouthpiece and stands up for the interests of the trainees. He often consults the works council.
"Training ambassadors" gladly report on their apprenticeship and experience in the vocational school
Working time: trainees have a 35-hour week
Take-over option: following successful completion of the training, our aim is to offer our trainees a permanent employment contract
